Our team looks to empower both the women that make up the HEB Artistry & Styling Team, as well as the beautiful clients that put their trust into our hands for their most important life events!  We aim to create other leaders in the beauty industry by prioritizing continuing, advanced education, and encouraging innovation through creativity. The vision and values behind Hannah Elisabeth Beauty center around teamwork, and elevating our fellow females to show up as the best version of themselves, for our clients! 

Our mission statement when it comes to HEB artists and stylists is, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together”

Find out what goes into our trainings below:

♡We have Lead Hair & Makeup Trainers in each region, who are responsible for learning + staying up to date on the latest trends, products, methods & techniques when it comes to all things beauty! 

♡We hold Classes & Summits each year to refresh our Lead Trainer’s knowledge and revolutionize their education so that they are always at the top of their game. 

♡Trainers then put together the classes for artists in each location with opportunities to do photo shoots & events to build their portfolio! 

♡We also provide one-on-one training for interns to shadow & assist before taking clients of their own. 

♡We host at least 4 trainings a year in each location plus mini trainings, one-on- ones and group zoom calls once a month!
