Searching for inspiration pictures of your exact vision is hard enough, but finding the makeup artist and hair stylist to execute that vision can be even harder! We are here to make your search a WHOLE lot easier, babe!

Note: When searching on Pinterest keep in mind that the app groups photos that look completely different into the same categories. For example, when searching “Natural Bridal Makeup” Pinterest gave us the two photos below. Both significantly different, but Pinterest thinks they are both natural bridal makeup. The photo on the left requires minimal makeup and the other is full soft glam.

Be sure to be very descriptive when describing your look. Natural has many different interpretations and both you and your artist will thank you for describing the exact look you are going for!

STEP 2: Choose Your Artist

You will want to choose a hair stylist and makeup artist who specializes in the specific look you are going for. If your vision is very natural and minimal makeup then you will want to find an artist who fits that particular style. If you are extremely drawn to a full glam & contoured look and are obsessed with detailed bridal hair then you will need to find an artist that lives for those same looks.

Helpful Tip: It’s very common to be tempted to choose an artist based on their credibility or talent, but you want to make sure you can at least find more than two photos from their portfolio or page to save for inspo (if you can’t then you may need to keep searching until you have found the right fit for your vision).
